General Information
If you want the device to work properly you must prepare the place of its location. We assume that the cost of preparing a location place are not large comparing to the complete costs and to its importance. The assembly is made by technical suppliers. The time of assembly depends on the range of the supply and the solidity of making a preparatory works. The paint booth itself is installed within 3-5 days.
Types of location
Concerning spray booths and surface preparatory spheres the best place is a concrete channel with a proper width and depth. So called metal base are taken only as constructions, which helps to install a device in case of impossibility of building a proper concrete channel.
Preparatory work
The range of works depends on the kind of installed device. In case of installing a spray booth that needs making the wildest range of works, it is necessary to supply an electric energy with a special section of line, build an above mentioned channel, install a fuel tank and create a fuel pipeline if an oil burner is installed or a gas installation if a gas burner is installed. It is also very important to make a pass through the roof and all necessary processing for making ventilation channels, launcher and fumes chimney. We should not forget about making any necessary changes in roof construction.
Service
We offer service during warranty period and after warranty period. Workers in service went through a proper training and have a full technical knowledge concerning produced devices by our company.
