How does heat recovery work?
The heated air from the spray booth goes through the recuperator. Because of the structured air channels inside, it transfers the heat to the fresh inlet air.
The recuperator allows to recover 50-70% of the heat in the spray booth.
This allows the fresh air to be pre-heated, for example from -18ºC up to 3,4ºC. Therefor the cost of heating the pre-heated air is significantly lower than heating the fresh air directly.
