Compact Door
Description
JUMBO SV ECO TOP has a semi-vertical (SV) airflow with the inlet located in the ceiling and the exhaust located in the back wall and it is equipped with the best energy saving options (ECO TOP) saving 50-60 % of the heat energy.
Lamps
The booth has a total of 52 lamps installed (1 lamp = 4x 58 Watt), installed with an electronic ballast saving up to 30% of energy.
Construction
The booth is constructed out of galvanised steel, which makes the spray booth very strong, stable and durable.
Inlet Ceiling Air Filter
Class EU6 (F6) type V600, filtration effect: 97%, average performance rate of 51%, thickness 25 mm, resistance up to 100°C.
The filters are made from polyester fibers. Filter frames are easy to open, so it's very easy to change the ceiling filters.
Exhaust Wall
This is the exhaust wall of the spray booth. In this exhaust wall are 2 different filters: Paint Stop + Andreae . Filter visible: Andreae filter
FOCUS Control Panel with touch screen
The spray booth is operated with a touchscreen control panel, which allows to set every parameters required.
Automatic programs can be set for different situations or painters. In case of a problem, an automatic message is sent to alert.
Exhaust Air
Here you can see the duct that leads the exhaust air (still warm) back into the ventilation unit, where the heat is recovered up to 60% to heat up the fresh inlet air.
Pneumatic Access Platforms
In the spray booths are 2 pneumatic platforms installed (WALLMAN) for an easy and comfortable spraying. The lifts allow to reach out to all of the surfaces of the truck.

COMPACT Door
The gate is a COMPACT door. It is constructed from insulated sandwich panels. These panels consist of a CFC-free polystyrene filling that is glued with aluminum stucco cladding. The application of aluminum U-profiles at the top and bottom provide extra stability. In this compact door is one row of windows.
Chimney
The inlet chimney is equipped with a hood and a grid, meaning it sucks air in, but blocks rain and snow for entering the chimney.
The outlet chimney is equipped with a hood to protect against rain and snow. It is self-closing, using gravity.
